You dont trick people in to joining your corp to kill them, no matter what they did.
To me you just come out as a sore looser because he did indeed outsmart you with them lab slotts, you didnt know each other and had no ties so you shouldnt have trusted him.
I mean, why get upset over something that was clearly your own fault, dont hand over isk unless you are prepered to loose it.

Zeepo scammed Trevedian with lab slots.
Trevedian scammed Zeepo with a corp and his life.
Seems like a fair trade to me. Trevedian didn't act like 90% of the people out there and just give up, he vowed to kill Zeepo, and Zeepo got what was coming to him eventually.
